Items That Cannot Be Returned

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Timeline

  • Return Processing: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Issuance: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval
  • Bank Processing: Additional 3-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution

Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. If you paid with a credit card, the refund will be credited to that card. For PayPal purchases, the refund will be issued to your PayPal account.

Store Credit

If you prefer, you can opt for store credit instead of a refund to your original payment method. Store credit:

  • Is issued immediately upon return approval
  • Never expires
  • Can be used for online or in-store purchases
  • Includes free shipping on your next order

Exchanges

We're happy to help with exchanges for a different size or color of the same item, subject to availability.

To exchange an item:

Exchange Shipping

Can I return a gift I received?

What if my return is lost in transit?

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your tracking number. Urban Threads Collective is not responsible for returns lost in transit without tracking.
